Grantor’s Technical Representative (Edward Seaga Highway)
The project was implemented in phases which connects the parishes from Kingston to the North Coast. The highway is a US$720 Million project designed for four to six lanes-controlled access, tolled motorway with grade separated interchanges and intersections.
